Samspra Academy Policies & Guidelines
Tuition & Payment Policy
Tuition is due by the 1st of each month. Late payments after the 5th incur a $25 fee. Payment methods accepted include online portal, Zelle, and checks payable to Samspra Academy.
- Automatic billing is recommended for all parents.
- Invoices are sent 5 days prior to the due date.
- Returned checks incur a $35 administrative fee.
Attendance & Makeup Policy
Consistent attendance is vital for student progress. Please notify the academy at least 24 hours in advance if a student will be absent.
- One makeup class per month is allowed for excused absences.
- Unused makeup sessions do not roll over to the next semester.
- No-shows are not eligible for makeup sessions.
Playground & Outdoor Safety Guidelines
- Supervision is required at all times while children are in the outdoor area.
- Students must follow teacher instructions during scheduled outdoor play.
- Proper footwear is mandatory for playground access.
Dress Code Policy
Students should wear comfortable clothing suitable for creative and movement-based activities. Specific requirements apply for dance and technical classes.
Health, Safety & Liability Notice
Parents must sign a liability waiver upon registration. Children with contagious illnesses must stay home until they are symptom-free for 24 hours.
- Emergency contact information must be kept up to date.
- Medications must be checked in with staff.
Parent Waiting & Campus Etiquette
To maintain a quiet learning environment, we ask that parents minimize noise in waiting areas and avoid entering classrooms while sessions are in progress.
Student Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and prepared.
- Respect teachers and fellow students.
Parent & Guardian Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt drop-off and pick-up.
- Review academy communications regularly.
Teacher Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Communicate student progress to parents.
Online Class: Best Practices & Guidelines
- Join from a quiet location with minimal distractions.
- Camera should remain on during the session unless otherwise instructed.
- Proper decorum is expected as in a physical classroom.
Class Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full-time school class cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are processed based on the remaining balance minus administrative fees.
No Solicitation Policy
To preserve our community focus, solicitation for external businesses is prohibited on campus.
Medical & Waiver Policy
In case of emergency, Samspra Academy is authorized to seek medical attention for students if parents cannot be reached.
