COURSE DESCRIPTION
Immerse yourself in the beauty of Indian devotional traditions through the practice of bhajans and shlokas. This class is designed to help students develop clear pronunciation, understand the meanings behind sacred verses, and build confidence in singing devotional songs. Along the way, students will learn about the cultural and spiritual significance of each bhajan and shloka while improving memory, focus, and expression.
Instead of just memorizing the verses, students are exposed to the meaning and related stories to make learning interactive through rhythm, clapping, talam, and actions. Her goal is to help children understand the values behind what they sing so they develop both confidence and a genuine love for our culture and tradition
Open to learners of all experience levels. This class provides a welcoming environment to connect with tradition, music, and mindfulness through joyful learning.

Bhajan and Shloka instructor
In my class where children learn Indian culture, values, language, music, and traditions. This helps children connect with their roots in a joyful and meaningful way. I believe that when children learn slokas and bhajans from a young age, they develop concentration, discipline, confidence, and respect for our culture. I would be proud to contribute to that mission.
At Samspra Academy, all registered students will have the opportunity to showcase their skills at least twice a year, during the Winter Performance and Annual Performance Day.
Additionally, students can participate in optional seasonal performances through the Samspra community outreach programs at various events and festivals. To take part in these outreach opportunities, students should inform their class teacher in advance.
